Aviation Safety Community Human Factors Training Program

This training program is designed to provide a comprehensive, risk-based and flexible human factors and non-technical skills training solution for aviation operators.

Through careful selection of training modules, this program can be developed, and modified as needed, to address the specific risks facing each operator. The size of the program, and the frequency of training can be adjusted to ensure that it best fits each operator’s needs, and can evolve and grow with the business.

The content has been developed by aviation professionals, with both qualifications and experience in the operational aviation environment, and is continually monitored and updated to ensure that the material is relevant, current and accessible.

A Training Manual will be provided detailing how the program should be developed and implemented, and where further support can be sought as required.
