The Aviation Safety Community will achieve this goal through the development and provision of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aviationsafetycommunity.com.au\/index.php\/safety-leadership-forums-public\/\">Safety Leadership Forum events<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aviationsafetycommunity.com.au\/index.php\/course-list\/\">safety training<\/a><\/strong> and aviation-focused safety research.<\/p>\n<p>At present date, we have evolved into a large international network through our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aviationsafetycommunity.com.au\/index.php\/pricing\/\"><strong>membership platform<\/strong><\/a>, bringing together safety professionals and organisations from across the industry to share experiences and knowledge.<\/p>\n<p>The Aviation Safety Community promotes the four pillars of safety management &#8211; Safety Policy, Safety Risk Management, Safety Assurance and Safety Training. We want to address the safety needs of the aviation industry, and without a doubt these needs will change with time.<\/p>\n<p><strong>VISION:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Safe aviation outcomes through knowledge.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MISSION:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To facilitate and foster continuous improve in aviation safety through the application of knowledge, training and leadership.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PRINCIPLES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Aviation Safety Community is founded on three guiding principles:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Safety Leadership<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Safety Training<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Safety Research<\/p>\n<p><strong>SAFETY LEADERSHIP:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Promote the latest developments in safety management to the aviation industry through Safety Leadership Forum events and workshops that are open to all organisations and their employees.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SAFETY TRAINING:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Provide online training in safety principles that support and enhance safety practices and capabilities of the aviation industry.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SAFETY RESEARCH:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Work with all sectors of the aviation industry to improve safety outcomes through the development of practical solutions derived from research into the interactions between people, technology, equipment, environment and processes.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.aviationsafetycommunity.com.au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/inset_pics.jpg\" alt=\"inset_pics\" itemprop=\"image\" title=\"inset_pics\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\"  \/>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Aviation Safety Community (ASC) commenced in August 2018, with the core purpose of providing all members of the aviation community with a platform for developing their knowledge and application of aviation safety management practices.
